Endre Holen

Pink Jet Support Pilot & Director of Maintenance

Endre Holen has been a pilot for 20 years, holding an ATP and multiple type ratings, including L-39, Global, and Citation jets. He is also a flight instructor and, along with his wife Stephanie Goetz, donates scholarships for multi-engine ratings to Women in Aviation, OBAP, and other organizations promoting diversity in aviation. Additionally, he is an A&P mechanic with experience in the L-39 and part of The Pink Jet support team, dedicated to breast cancer awareness.

Born in Norway, Endre moved to the US in 1990, working for McKinsey & Co. He led McKinsey's Global Tech and Telecom practice, advising large companies on their toughest challenges and largest opportunities. Now a board member at several companies, he shares his expertise as a coach and mentor, remaining passionate about aviation.

Having had family members affected by breast cancer, Endre understands the importance of awareness, education, and research. He serves as a technical and pilot instructor resource for The Pink Jet team, supporting their mission to promote breast cancer awareness and early detection.
